The whole complex is opened every day from 9 AM till 10 PM. The basic entrance fee is 7.5 EUR for two hours. All day ticket is 14 EUR. Children have 50 percent discount.

On 8th June of 1832 Bad Steben was honoured with title The Royal Spa Town of Bavaria. The biggest boom of spa was there in years 1886 -1912.
